🚚 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Thursdays or Fridays will be processed the next working day (Saturday).

  • You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

🕒 Delivery Time

  • Local Deliveries (within Leeds): 1–2 working days

  • UK-Wide Deliveries: 2–5 working days (depending on courier and location)

Note: Delivery times may vary during peak periods, holidays, or due to courier delays.

💸 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

  • Free Delivery may be available on orders above a certain amount (as per ongoing offers).

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number

  • A tracking link (if applicable)

You can use this link to track your parcel until it reaches your doorstep.

🏠 Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partners will make up to two attempts to deliver your parcel.

  • If you are unavailable, the courier may contact you to arrange redelivery or leave your order at a secure location (if permitted).

⚠️ Damaged / Lost Packages

  • We take every precaution to ensure your items reach you in perfect condition.

  • However, if you receive a damaged parcel, please make a video while opening the parcel as proof for any claim.

  • Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

  • In case of lost parcels, please contact our support team with your order number for assistance.

🚫 Cash on Delivery (COD)

Please note that Cash on Delivery is no longer available.
We only accept secure online payments via debit/credit cards or digital payment gateways.

🚫 Undeliverable Locations

If your postcode is outside our service area or restricted by the courier, you will be notified during checkout or contacted by our support team.
