We understand that sometimes plans change.
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or dispatched.

Please make a video while opening the parcel as proof for any damage or missing item claims.

Refunds will not be processed without an unboxing video.

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund.
