🛑 Order Cancellation

We understand that sometimes plans change.
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or dispatched.

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.


💰 Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’ve received an incorrect or damaged item, we’ll be happy to arrange a refund or replacement.

Eligible Refund Situations:

  • Wrong product received

  • Damaged or expired items (with proof)

  • Missing items from your order

Conditions:

  • Please make a video while opening the parcel as proof for any damage or missing item claims.

  • Refunds will not be processed without an unboxing video.

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.

If your return is approved:

  1. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  2. Send it to our return address below:

Refund Timeline

Once the returned item is received and verified:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method.


⚠️ Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Fresh produce (vegetables, fruits, dairy, etc.)

  • Frozen items

  • Opened food packages or grocery items

  • Items purchased during clearance sales
