All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Thursdays or Fridays will be processed the next working day (Saturday).

Local Deliveries (within Leeds): 1–2 working days

UK-Wide Deliveries: 2–5 working days (depending on courier and location)
Note: Delivery times may vary during peak periods, holidays, or due to courier delays.
💸 Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

Free Delivery may be available on orders above a certain amount (as per ongoing offers).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

You can use this link to track your parcel until it reaches your doorstep.
🏠 Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will make up to two attempts to deliver your parcel.

If you are unavailable, the courier may contact you to arrange redelivery or leave your order at a secure location (if permitted).
⚠️ Damaged / Lost Packages

We take every precaution to ensure your items reach you in perfect condition.

However, if you receive a damaged parcel, please make a video while opening the parcel as proof for any claim.

Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

In case of lost parcels, please contact our support team with your order number for assistance.

Please note that Cash on Delivery is no longer available.
We only accept secure online payments via debit/credit cards or digital payment gateways.
🚫 Undeliverable Locations
If your postcode is outside our service area or restricted by the courier, you will be notified during checkout or contacted by our support team.
